About UCT Lelystad
UCT Lelystad is a kung fu school specializing in Practical Wing Chun. We have been training since 2003 in Lelystad and surroundings for everyone aged 16 years and older. Young and old come to Lelystad to train together, learn to stand up for yourself, defend yourself and in an extreme emergency situation fight your way out of a situation. Suitable for all ages, boys and girls, men and women!

Practical Wing Chun Kung Fu
The main goal of the Practical Wing Chun system is to teach the most practical self-defense possible to students. Besides the aspect of self-defense, at the UCT School in Lelystad much attention is also paid to the students’ mental resilience, health and for their overall fitness level. The classes are led by Michiel Contant.
Michiel Contant is a private student of Sifu Benno Wai and the author of three Practical Wing Chun books on Siu Nim Tao, Cham Kiu and Biu Jee. In addition to a high enthusiasm for Kung Fu, he is also a beautiful and warm human being.
Classes are suitable for all ages from 16 and up.
