UCT Core Gym
Developed by the strength and conditioning trainers at UCT International, the UCT Academies have developed a number of Non Contact training programs with the ‘main’ focus on increasing health, fitness, and fun. The training programs are based on years of experience from professional combat sport practitioners. All programs are aimed at improving the practitioner’s ‘overall’ fitness through ‘high-intensity’ training given in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. The goal is not just to burn fat, but mainly to get practitioners in the best ‘shape’ to face the challenges of everyday life.

Core Gym programs:
- Warrior Fit (major focus on martial arts related exercises)
- Functional Strength & Conditioning (Circuit workouts with a focus on cardio and strength, mostly using Monkey Bar, Kettlebells and Club-Bells)
- Catch 99 (focus on bodyweight training)
