AMOK is not a martial art and is not affiliated with any specific organizations. In AMOK, no ties and titles are given to practitioners. Therefore, the AMOK method is easily adopted by other martial arts.<\/p>\n

AMOK is quite unique in its approach to street fighting, no fancy dance moves but only training what is most effective within realistic situations.<\/p>\n

Besides the important aspect of knowing how to deal with an attacker who has a cutting weapon, how to effectively handle a cutting weapon yourself is certainly important within AMOK.
