Kung Fu for Teens<\/h2>\n

In the Jing Wu Warriors program for ages 12 through 15, training is focused more on the martial arts program UCT Jing Wu Kuen, a very diverse martial art where training is done in Wing Chun, Escrima and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. These trainings are more strictly monitored for proper technique and discipline.<\/p>\n

From the age of 12, the path is taken to Practical Wing Chun, the most effective system in the field of self-defense.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The lessons are already beginning to move in the direction of the adult programs taught at the official UCT Schools in the Netherlands. There is a warm up at the start, the muscles are lightly stretched, then attention is given to technique training. Towards the end of the class there is then light sparring or the emphasis may be on physical strength\/cardio training.<\/p>\n

The results of our workouts are reflected in increased self-confidence.<\/p>\n
